Despite their resemblance to garden furniture or playground elements, most of these pieces are specifically marked out as 'art' by the way they are protected from passers-by, by being placed on a pedestal or behind a decorative fence, and explicitly by the text of the labels that are found on three of the four groupings. The sealions are an exception: they seem remarkably well-integrated into their surroundings!
