Eduardo Castrillo

In 1973, Castrillo was 29 years old, an a lecturer in sculpture at the University of Philippines, and had the year before won the "Ten Outstanding Men" award. This all from the Straits Times article entitled "On Metal: the Ingredients of a Multi-racial Society"
