Christo and a river in Colorado
The latest Christo project is well underway, along the Arkansas River in rural Colorado. The usual engagement and controversy that is an essential part of the Christo and Jeanne-Claude's work is well underway as well. In the words of an NPR reporter:
«Some art critics think it's Christo and Jeanne-Claude's very ability to synthesize social and material dynamics that has made them two of the most important public artists working today.»
