  Public art in Melbourne
The days of the Yellow Peril were painful, but now Melbourne is more confident about what it wants. Applying the percent-for-art to a major multimillion dollar development (the Docklands) has also meant an increase in high profile commissions. This is a good indepth article on these developments, interviewing several of the artists involved.
