more on the elephants: Call it any fancy name but breaking a law is still breaking a law
A response, sort of, to the white elephant question, in the Review pages of the Straits Times (here reposted on TheLittleRedDot. The article quotes a couple of people on how prosecuting the white elephant people would really be overkill, but then it falls back on the "law is a law" line.Technorati Tags: public art, Singapore
